Returns and Refund Policy

Return Period:
You may return your purchase within 30 days, provided the product is unused and unopened. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.

Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Any product that has been inoculated is not eligible for return.

Refund Process:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Alternatively, you may choose to receive store credit.

Non-Returnable Items:
Any product that has been inoculated cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the product arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Products:
We will gladly replace any defective product at no additional cost. We may ask for proof of the defect, such as a photograph, to process your replacement.
